This Privacy Policy explains how Deccord Exchange ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect
- Account information — username, email address, and a securely hashed password. Optional profile data such as a display name and avatar.
- Device & technical information — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, language preferences, and a device fingerprint used for security and multi-account prevention.
- Financial activity — records of rewards earned, wagers, trades, swaps, deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, and wallet addresses you provide for payouts.
- Communications — chat messages you post on the Platform and correspondence with our support team.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4 below.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features.
- To process rewards, wagers, orders, swaps, deposits, and withdrawals.
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud, multi-accounting, abuse, and money laundering.
- To secure the Platform and investigate security incidents or policy violations.
- To communicate with you about your account, including transaction confirmations, security alerts, and service updates.
- To analyze usage and improve the Platform's performance and user experience.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Platform, and only to the extent necessary:
- Payment and withdrawal processors (e.g., FaucetPay and network gateways) — to send payouts to your designated address or account.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the Platform's servers, database, and network services.
- Analytics and advertising partners — aggregated or anonymized usage data; advertising partners may use cookies as described in Section 4.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or regulation, or where necessary to protect our rights, the safety of users, or to investigate fraud or illegal activity.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain session security, and remember your preferences. Third-party analytics and advertising partners may set their own cookies to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and serve relevant ads. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent the Platform from working correctly.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), hashing of passwords, and restricted access to production systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for using unique, strong passwords.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Financial and transaction records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and security retention obligations.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability of your data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. International Transfers
Our servers and service providers may be located in countries other than your own. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in those locations, which may have different data-protection rules. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Changes & Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
